We Remodel and Build Homes
We
build new homes, refurbish and remodel all homes.
We have also designed ten "Oregon Coastal Cottages" and have named them after family members. The home to the left is one; it's called the Nicole. These homes are perfect for coastal living in that they have a 'cottage feeling' for a relaxing life style. You pick one out and we're built it for you on your lot or we can help you with locating a suitable building site.
We can also build your dream home if you have your own architectural plans.
What We Do: Move Homes, Level Homes, and Add Foundations
House
moving, lifting, and leveling is a major part of our business.
This often involves adding a foundation to the home.
Many older homes do not have foundations. We can add a foundation to
such homes. This allows the home owner to obtain a conventional
loan on their home as well as to resell it.
We have perfected the technology for moving and leveling and can do this type of work anywhere in Oregon and Southwestern Washington.
Where We Do It: The Oregon Coast and Portland
With breathtaking seascapes and sunsets to view and the miles of sandy beach to roam, there is something for every resident to enjoy on the Oregon Coast.
The citizens of Oregon own the Oregon coast. In 1913 Governor Oswald West signed a law that declared Oregon's beaches a public highway, and thus, public property, to provide citizens with access to "the great birthright of our people." You can walk from one end to the other (about 360 miles) on public land.
